I’ve seen varying answer across the internet. 10 minutes. 10 hours. 3 days. can anyone help to clarify?
Paid services can take up to 24 hours to complete, but they tend to complete quicker than that.
What does your Transaction history show? If it shows pending or queued, then just give it some time.

It just finished going through, but I do have another question.
I am unable to go through the portal to Boralus from Stormwind. What do I do? I got the quest Tides of War, the quest to get to Boralus, but I can’t see the turn in.
I just wanted to mention that I can view WQs in Kul Tiras and Zandalar and I have been given the quest to start the legendary cloak questline even though I already have the cloak.

But there’s no turn in for Tides of War in Anduin’s throne room. It’s just Anduin sitting on his throne with guards. No war table with Jaina and Genn and such

Nevermind, I figured it out. I turned in the quest to Magni and then went back and it was there. Thank you so much for your help though. Have a good day and stay safe.

After a faction change there are often faction specific quests that need to be completed on your new faction. That can cause some phasing issues preventing you from completing other quests until that happens.

I purchased a faction change. The transaction says complete but have not seen the option on the character select screen yet and it has been 2 days.
