See title. I received an email yesterday that had a link to a survey. When I went to click on the link today, it sent me to research.blizzard.com first, then redirected me to blizzard.qualtrics.com with a message that says “Sorry, this research survey is not currently active.”
Do surveys really expire within 24 hours of being sent out? O_o
Not sure if it expires, but I don’t have any of my last emails with survey requests, probably been long enough to be purged. Wonder if maybe they had enough respondents, this was not for a ticket survey?
No, this was specifically for a Blizzard survey, not a GM ticket survey – I’ve received emails for Blizzard surveys in the past and this most recent email looks just like them.
I think it’s more of a “we only want X amount of responses” instead of a time limit. I did the survey you are referencing the night it was sent out and completed it. In the past I tried to do one not even 4hrs after it was sent and it was already completed.
