How is priest supposed to kill the panda rares

For rares like Ai-Ran the Shifting Cloud or Ai-Li Skymirror you have to interrupt a heal they do on themselves or they heal to full health. Problem is priest’s only interrupt is on a 45 sec cd and the rares try to heal themselves way more often than that. Psychic Scream and Psychic Horror don’t work either.

So I don’t see how it’s possible for priest to kill these things at all right now before we get much better gear.
