I’m not advocating for RDF. Blizzard has made it clear they have no intention of implementing it. But why not have an ability for low level groups (1-60) to get to their dungeon? As a low level playing I would be way more inclined to join that ragefire group if I know I wouldn’t need to spend 2 hours trying to death walk there
My suggestion is adding a “teleport to dungeon” feature in the LFG window.
I’m sorta on the fence here… I understand the problem but the issue here is that it’s not entirely clear that was not the design intended for those two starter dungeons by having them placed center in populated cities…
The fact that Blizzard uses the latest patch for each version of Classic WoW, most complete, and then phases content. Takes the wind out of the sails on the “it was added at the end of the expac” topic.
Even closer to half, 12 months out of 25 months is 48%.
With this logic, everything else that wasn’t in the game from Wrath launch should also be removed or added later like Dual Spec, Spell & Talent changes, Tome of Cold Weather Flight, Quest Tracking, improved health & mana regen at low levels, and so on and so on.
Don’t forget to remove merc mode, which actually wasn’t added until MoP. The whole “i wasn’t added until XX” doesn’t hold water, because they are literally adding features to the game that aren’t even in the same expansion, let alone the number of things you listed from Wrath.
Getting into Ragefire Chasm via RDF is more community breaking than PvPing cross faction and getting Glad 2.4k rating never setting foot outside the city.
duh…
And tha’ts fine. Don’t forget that last patch lasted 50% of the entire Wrath expansion.
If you have ever gone to a big multi-band concert 15 years ago and and got to listen to your favorite band, you will look back at the whole think fondly - and now you wouldn’t go to that same concert 15 years later w/o your favorite band being there. It just won’t be the same.
BRO, over the last 6? Yeah, 6 months started playing alliance characters for TBC pve, and frankly Alliance doesn’t need RFC because they have the vastly superior Elwin forest and Westfall for questing; not even kidding when I tell you that alliance leveling is way more fun overall than horde, tho this could be that horde leveling is boring as hell and alliance is different enough, but really RFC isnt a need, the gear there isnt even worth worrying about, its like being jealous over allies stockades…
Exactly! None of the arguments hold any water honestly. It will be very sad to watch Wrath Classic fall apart the way SoM did. I have a feeling a lot of people will quit and go back to playing the private servers because at least THEY’RE closer to an authentic Wrath experience. Breaks my heart, I’m a part of the community that has been asking for Wrath legacy servers since Cata/MoP.
