my other acc was hack 3 days a go and i open ticket not long from that.

The problem is till now no response from GM
What I want to ask is how long do I have to wait for a response from GM regarding my account
As for losing items or gold, is there a chance of getting it back?
I hope a GM sees this post and is kind enough to review my ticket and be kind enough to help
Move your thread to the Customer Support forum. Edit your first post and there is a dropdown where you can find the Customer Support forum listed to move it there.
Sadly this sort of thing takes time. They’ll be able to fix it up for you, but unfortunately any gold or items your character(s) had may be lost.
There’s no way to speed up the queue times. Sadly GMs don’t read any of the forums, and the good folks in the Customer Service forums aren’t GMs themselves, although they can see tickets.
You can try posting there and see if a Customer Service Rep can give you updates.
I got a response almost immediately when I ticketed about the Zekvir quest not completing after I did ??. Didn’t really seem like a LLM response, either.
Sadly, apparently, the Zekvir quest has to be done on ? mode, and ?? doesn’t grant completion. Typical Blizzard…
Open a post that calls out customer service for sucking. You will get 3 blue responses in an hour. Add anything to do with the naming policy and you will get even greater attention. You will have a green post, then a followup by their blue alter ego.
Might be a good start to post on CS forums. WoW GMs…some of them play the game. but none of those who do can perform as a GM here. CS forums might be able to help you out a little bit. No one here can. Even if by chance there is an actual WoW GM here reading or posting on one of their WoW toons, they can do nothing at all here to help you with your issue.
No you will not get gold back.
Its their policy. I was successful at getting gold returned once and it was because I went to the top for justice. Cant do that now.
Sadly they got rid of phone support. And they made opening a ticket very unfriendly. And with copy paste generic template responses. CS has gotten very very bad in quality. If I was to give Current Customer Service a Amazon rating It would be 1/8th of a star out of 5 stars.
Sadly the OP just have to wait it out on Ticket time. Though may get a template response that might feel impersonal or cold. May have to open multiple tickets till they tell to stop.
There is no promise that OP will even get account back let alone lost items. I have no faith in the customer service department at this moment. OP may have to start all the way over from scratch.
