was about to comment about vegas heat. a/c crapped out in my house last summer in july and was possibly the most uncomfortable ive ever been while inside in my life

High 90s F in Los Angeles today. LA weather is fine though I prefer cooler temperatures. I can’t stand living here in the summer and that is why I am looking forward to move in a couple years.

Currently 79, which is a nice change of pace from the 95 to 100 degree temps over the last week and a half.

103° right now, currently raining (monsoon season here in Phoenix.)

And just now got a severe thunderstorm warning on my phone. Whee.

Used to live in Glendale which is part of at least by Phoenix so I can agree they were nice when they happened but now being in the desert part of the state monsoons aren’t so nice can lead to major flooding.

My memory of Arizona monsoons is that eventually you can call it rain, but for the first few minutes it’s literally mud falling from the sky.

today was like 83ish here in the Chicagoland area. earlier in the week we came real close to hitting 100. same the week before, but should be in the low to mid 80’s for the next week except for a 90+ day mixed in. thats our weather tho, i remember back in 85 we had many days over 100
 i remember cuz that was when our AC died
 it traumatized me at a young age, and why i still run my ac when many others turn it off lol
