How hard are 10m?

In Wotlk, 10m seemed harder initially because you had less room for error.

Is that about the same as what cata 10m raids will be?

I am reading on other platforms, people are saying 10m cata raids are like Kara. I have a friend group of a bunch of friends, and I wouldn’t say we are 99 parsers by any means lol. Just curious if we will have tough times in these raids, or are they truely like Kara, because Karazhan was easy AF.

Normal mode 10 mans are easy.

Heroics - 10 man is hard and 1 mistake from 1 person causes a wipe most of the time.

This doesn’t seem accurate to me, but I guess it might be subjective.

Depends on who you raid with probably. If you want a harder time, just form your own pugs with no comms and no requirements.

Normal 10 mans are arguably easier than heroic dungeons. 1 mechanic basically per boss

10 man heroic is nothing like wotlk 10 mans, its much much closer to the 25 man version, tuning in this gear is very tight

If 10 man dropped more loot I would exclusively do that because it is 10 times easier than 25

10m normals are very doable I’d say overall with some practice/gearing. Even the most casual guild should be able to beat a few out of the gate, though a lot of the fights are mechanics-reliant, and healer mana will be probably your major constraint for normals, esp. early on.

HMs, tbh, I’m pretty skeptical that the ‘average’ guild will have progged much by the end of phase 1 unless Blizz makes significant changes (boost 10m loot drop rates, e.g.).

Bro you clearly never dine 10 man heroic. They are leagues harder. There’s no room for error. 10 man norms are easier though but by far not even comparable on heroic.

Heroic 10 man is no joke and requires a lot more coordination because of you lose even 1 of your dps youre screwed

As 25 man it’s more forgiving when a group of people die
