Is it because they only have one finger? Do you think they should be nerfed in an imaginary world because they are restricted in real life?
It would only be as good as the action priority list Blizzard writes for it. If they âborrowâ it from simulationcraft it could be really good. If they lack to maintain it on their own it would just be ok.
The system isnât even good. Lol. It makes really weird decisions on what itâs order is and isnât a replacement for actually playing the class.
Itâs mainly meant for those people who think having to push 8 buttons is too complex, or the people who claim disabilities.
No, it doesnât. They will be able to make decisions on what ability is usedâŚthe people using the button canât.
LEts see if I can get through your dense cranium with an analogy.
We have 2 people racing. One is using an assistance device that allows them to drive the course based on ideal situations. One is driving on their skill. Mid point there is water on the course the driver with skill can move the wheel to avoid it or slow down. The person with the planned course has to go through the water and take a slow down (its a deeper puddle). Make sense? Nah you wonât admit it because you are going off feelings and trying to back it up with a very flawed logic.
Because this discussion isnât about if it should be added. That isnât even a question. It should because everyone being able to play is a good thing. This isnât a pie where you donât get a full slice if someone else gets a piece too. Also, yeah do have the moral high ground here. Getting accessibility and fair accessibility is a moral thing.
Pretty sure my DD-214, my doctors, my medication, and the extensive medical history is more than a claim champ. Who are you to say someone is just claiming? You there with them?
Whatâs a matter? Think your status of WoW King is in jeopardy from the normies? ![]()
Where did I say your claim was wrong?
Using the word they claim disability was specific. You are not the judge that gets to decide who is disabled or not. You donât get to make the distinction of who needs the assistance because of disability nor who is disabled enough to get it. Donât you ever dare to think you are knowledgeable enough or educated enough to know who needs assistance. You arenât.
Itâs not gonna be that exactly but theyâll lift some more limitations off the auto-rotation over time.
Pretty obvious at this point theyâre going to be transitioning a version of the game into console/mobile.
They want it to remain hard because they enjoy the challenge that this hard content provides them. If the content being hard is what gatekeeps people from it then they need to be gatekept from it. Otherwise the challenge is nerfed out of the content and including those people has effectively destroyed it.
Depends on spec more than anything.
The main issue I could see with it is on specs where the gameplay is deliberately looser to encourage moment-to-moment decisions, but in specs where the decisionmaking is more linear and strictly conditional? Itâd probably do mostly fine.
What I donât get is people who care about this. This will make a bad player passable in a raid or key setting in terms of accomplishing a baseline of damage if itâs done correctly. That is only a net benefit for all players involved, and itâs very unlikely somebody playing at the higher end has any reason to give a damn about this.
Unless you programmed mistakes into the rotation, more or less perfectly?
Hate to break it to you, but the difficulty in raiding isnât knowing your rotation or using it. That is the entry bar. The difficulty is the mechanics.
Unless this is an alt youâve killed a total of 4 LFR bosses to this point in this expansion. Iâm going to have to go with my own experience on this and say that you donât really know what you are talking about.
This is an alt. Kinda like how you are on an alt, unless you are trying to claim you are raiding on a level 51 mage.
I think the point of this system is allowing people who struggle with the combination of rotational gameplay and mechanical gameplay to free up mental bandwidth, and Iâm fine with that.
Heâs correct though. Like you donât have to play perfectly but the baseline for Mythic Raiding is pretty significantly above what the autorotation can currently do.
Someone who does mechanics and autorotation DPS would be considered a subpar raider. Probably ok for farm, but not much more than a warm body.
Gotcha. The statement still tells me you donât know what you are talking about.
yeahâŚI didnt read sarcasm into his post initially, but upon rereading it, its kinda there. Was gonna give him a like until I picked up on it.
The thing about 8 buttons being âtoo complexâ kinda gave it away
The reason for that being that rotations are in fact part of the challenge.
