Thanks, and how long does it take to get this 1 1/2 levels exp?

from the wiki

One bubble of rested [XP] (5% of a level) is earned for every 8 hours spent resting. A maximum of 30 bubbles (150% of a level) may be earned. In other words, you can leave your character resting in an inn or capital city for up to 10 days (without gaining experience) before you earn the maximum amount of rest state, and a resting character stores up one full level of rest in 160 hours (6 days, 16 hours).

You also become rested while logged off in the wilderness, but the accumulation is slower. When logged off “outside,” rest is gained at a quarter of the rate in an inn, or one bar every 32 hours.

Wow. Took you 5 minutes. Your brain is speed running today boi

I think I’ve figured it out. You have a killphase. But instead of your killphrase being a spoken term, like “Laputin Machine” or "Flatlander Woman", your killphrase is wired to all major search engines.

Nova Instance Tracker will track rested on your characters once you’ve logged into them.

Very handy for monitoring which class to burn rested on.

Giving you a heart for the killphrase references

It works same way it did in classic. It lasts forever but you can only bank 1.5x, meaning any further growth is wasted. To keep getting growth, you need to keep some spent.

3 bars bars per day up to a maximum of 30 bars (1.5 levels) rested after 10 days
