I’ve been looking for over an hour now and I can’t seem to find a way to contact Blizzards live support. Does anyone know how or if it’s even still available?
If your issue is one where Live Chat can help (typically billing/account issues or some tech support problems), then the option for Live Chat will show up during the process for creating a ticket.
Times for Live Chat are also limited due to the employees being remote currently. If available, Live Chat tends to open around noon PST (about 4 hours from now).
If you wish to share about the issue you’re having, it’s possible someone here might be able to provide some info/help too.
Its an account issue that only support is going to be able to help me with. Since each communication takes about 24 hours I’m just hoping to cut down on that time. Otherwise I’ll be waiting a week or more to get everything done.
In the same place that you went to put in the ticket, if the only option was to submit a ticket, then Live Chat won’t be available for it. If it does show Live Chat (likely closed currently though), then you just have to wait for that to light up and become available.
It should also show the time it will be open below it.
