I foresee Sylvanas being usurped as Banshee Queen. The Forsaken will be divided between rebels and loyalists with the rebels triumphing and a new leader of the Forsaken being established.

I think the story ends with an impending cataclysm that could have been prevented. A scout was dispatched to warn everyone it was coming, but it was a Dracthyr. It used Soar at 950% speed and careened into a mountain unable to deal with the speed and g forces. The scout, now a thin paste on the side of a mountain, failed to deliver the warning thereby bringing all life on Azeroth to an end.
