How do you report bugs now?

The ‘report bug’ button is gone, the article at support page refers to it but it no longer exists.

I was JUST coming here to ask the same thing.

its like they want to make it impossible so people just give up.

This isn’t CS, this is more QA, but yeah. They -really- need to hire more QA testers, as well as more CS people.

Thank you. This is frustrating me now as well because every week I have been reporting bugs that continue to go unaddressed and now I cant even do that.

Can’t take vanilla skinning to max and lower level quests that are no longer working. >:(

To report bugs in game click the question mark (game menu), then support. Let the page load and then the second option from the left is submit feedback or bug report.

I should say that if you can’t see that stuff (idk if it’s a new set up with the pre-patch) then idk I can see it.

That is currently being looked into, Shyllia.

For now, you can submit a bug report by posting in the Bug Report Forum.

If the Bug Report feature is bugged, you can’t report bugs, and therefor no bugs can exist. Is this Season 3 of Netflix’s Dark? :sweat_smile:

I know you are joking (and I did chuckle), but just as an FYI to everyone the Bug Report Forum still works and is the same thing as reporting a bug in game.

I doubt the devs are in here reading this stuff… I would have hopped that the bug submit system via in game is a more direct link to them, as told to me by a CS person that I did contact via the ticket system. The CS rep told me to submit a bug report since they couldn’t help me. -.-

The Devs would not be reading posts in the Support Forums. But QA handles all the bug reports posted in that Forum.

Both the in-game option and our Bug Report forums are combed through by our QA staff who catalogs those reports, check if we already have a report in for the issue, verifies any new information, etc…

Both methods have their strengths.

We absolutely want to make submitting bug reports as easy as we can, and we hope to have the option to do so in-game back online as quickly as we can.

Ah ok must not be affecting everyone then. I was thinking an addon was causing problems for people since I can see the option but if devs are getting involved it’s something more then :sweat_smile:
