I can never find the place on the logs that shows gear unless I click on a link provided by someone else. How do I navigate to that screen from the home page?
You look people up by standing next to them in game. Target them. Right click them. Click inspect.
If you want to know more details about them you greet them politely and ask.

dunno if im doin it the hard way but I look at the fight then mouse over their ilvl box on it.It should ahve a pop up of the gear they’re equipping.
I wonder if you have to have an account setup to do that. I don’t see any of those options
Just tried it using you as a guinea pig and it’s no bueno now.It works just fine for me looking at my guild but not for others now… thats jsut bizarre.

It could be? Upto a few days ago I could do it to any log listed in WCL as I used it to judge performance differences between me and other shamans if we were close enough that gear made a difference.
If it doesn’t work now that’s a shame but I can live without it.
I honestly just compare my dps to others in my guild. Too many threat issues with our tanks RN to go all out on dps to even try and worry about how i rank globally lmao.
I wasn’t talking about global ranks, Generally I look at shamans from similar progressed guilds and try to narrow down what they’re doing better/worse than I.
Once I find out what they’re doing then i look at what they’re wearing/speccing.
Yes that makes sense. I really want our MT to get a thunderfury so I don’t have to spend 10 seconds just auto attacking trying not to pull aggro. Or too scared to pop recklessness and risk wiping half my raid to a shadow flame/losing all my buffs and consumes. Baron Geddon being a greedy bish

On Vael the other week one of our new healers decided it would be a solid idea to precast a greater heal on the MT.
Said healer became the MT instantly lol
