So, I bought a character transfer, and it’s completed, however when I click on the character to transfer, it doesn’t list any accounts to transfer to under the drop down menu.
I have multiple accounts all in my name.(Mostly for my kids). How do I get any of them to show up in the drop down?
You can no longer transfer characters between Battlenet accounts. You can between licenses (ie WoW1, WoW2) on the same account.

Oh I see. So character transfer is worthless now. Because who in the world would want multiple WoW licenses on one account and constantly have to be logged out of Battle.net?
You can be logged into however many WoW licenses you want. I’m on two when I do party sync with myself. I never have to log out of Battle.net.
Edit: and the benefit of having all collections and the like be accessible on the other license. Warbands makes it even better.
Edit 2:
If you’d like to get a refund you can ask for one here. If it doesn’t show up or is denied you can try a ticket after the self help.

Since this would be for two different people though(me and my kid), it would be a massive headache to have to play on the same battle.net account and constantly have to log in again on both computers.
Also the account I wanted to transfer to is refer-a-friend linked so that I can summon him easier to group with.
The only reason I’m transferring a character to his account in the first place is to have a lvl 40+ to be able to unlock Void Elves so he can start as one of those.
I’m sorry but it’s no longer possible. Likely due to Warbands and the like. You’re welcome to make a suggestion in game or in a different forum (general maybe?) where devs can see the feedback. Devs do not come here at all to collect feedback.
Here is the announcement. I’m sorry you missed it.

Having different bnet accounts will long term allow easier transfer from adult to prodigy as you dependent grows in to adulthood, but unfortunately youu can’t just give away your characters to other accounts.
With the raf link, leveling should be quicker with the experience boost, plus a character boost for base tww will net a level 70 character.

Does the experience boost even exist anymore? I linked it like 4 years ago but not sure it’s still a thing.
Honestly I don’t understand why they can’t just let people start out as Void elves or whatever race they want to begin with without having to get level 40 and do a quest first.
The quest is to recruit the allied race into your faction, the requirements used to be much more. Perhaps one day they will simply be unlocked, put in a suggestion. CS and GM staff have no say.

Oh and it’s not so much that I missed the announcement as I haven’t played in like 4 years.
