I’m sure the TBC community would love to know how you guys are making gold in TBC so far

Engineering farming primals.

Mostly through farming mining and engineering, I have preplanned what Primals I need for stuff in future patches and what is required to finish off my engineering and just sell the excess, I also went back at level 70 and am finishing quests I didn’t do for the xp to gold conversion for being level cap.

People sell stuff on the AH for 1G when you can get 2G for it.

Just like the song my mother used to sing to me in my cradle: “buy low, sell high… Buy low, sell high…”

Still leveling up (at 67 now) & have just been doing dungeons mostly, & haven’t been actively farming for stuff to sell or anything like that. I have been getting a load of not-useful (to me) greens to sell or DE though & have been selling that gear/mats on AH, as well as gems/stones/recipes that I don’t need/want while leveling up JC. I was broke after buying my epic ground cat for my Shaman a week or so ago & now I have enough to buy the basic flying/mount at 70. I never was a hardcore money-maker in WoW, & just played the game in areas I found fun/relaxing & whatever money I had came from doing those activities, instead of treating it like an OCD job or income competition. I do enough of that in real life via my career & stock trading.

i buy it from the local chinese farmer market

Selling tailoring cloth

I charge people for telling them how to farm gold.

3-5 hours of mining then cheap ores at a certain time then reselling them as bars when prices spike later during the day.

Facts.

(10 blablabla)

Pretty much just by existing in tbc.

But if I want to farm actual gold I go to elemental plateau

I would think most are spending 14 hours per day mining and herbing as usual. Standard WOW play why would it change in classic?

Dungeon spam nets some gold, still have quests to geind out, selling tons of cloth on the AH, daily xmute, and other various farming spots.

I make something like 100-200g a day just questing, doing dungeons, and grinding for exp. stuff I would do anyway. I don’t even make money from my profession (alchemy) since I end up using all my potions myself. if i followed some kind of farming guide or sold my potions I bet I could 5x that amount. making gold is pretty easy in this game

Dancing naked on mailboxes for tips.

I buy low and sell high on rare mats. Farm mats, mine ore & sell armor.

Back during when B.C. was current, I would farm the Elementals for Motes and Primals of Fire/Water. Those would sell pretty good and make gold, Idk if that’s useful now but
