great question. hopefully battlegrounds will be exempt from the HC death rule with no experience given, otherwise its a colossal waste of pre-existing game content that many want to participate in.

Should we be able to hit 60 then grind rank 14 for the epic gear without risk of losing the character while pve players risk their life in all pve content?

The same way HC players get pvp gear now. You don’t. You don’t play HC with aquiring pvp gear as an objective. This isn’t hard to comprehend

hmm except they added a new pvp duel thing to duel to the death.

So they can add it from that in some way, or make them drop out of raids.

HC doesn’t play the game as intended. You will not be using:

  • Groups

  • Dungeons

  • PVP

  • Auction House

  • Trade

  • Player Crafted items (self-craft only)

  • Player Buffs

HC is an abomination, and a fad that will die before SOM2 comes out. Have fun!

These delusional statements, the game is not meant to be played any specific way… each player experiences the game differently, your experience is not others. When are you gonna grow up and accept reality?

HC is DOA and you know it. If it was a thing it would have been mainstream years ago, but it never caught on because it’s trash.

There are very few players good enough to have back to back BGs with zero deaths in them. And it is highly unlikely that those people are going to be queueing up for PvP. 0% chance of seeing anyone at R14 in HC.

Dont die. Simple as that. HC wont go out. I just do 0 deaths to level cap. Not all the other stuff. 0 Deaths to level cap then get your raids and titles done. That is fair enough.
