How do people tolerare dragonflight?

Some of us call that whole thing “exciting” and “fun”.

But you sound like one of those people that hates all change, and just wants everything to be the same old boring way you’ve been doing it for years and years.

That kind of thinking has been what’s been slowly killing this game for over a decade.

Adapt to change, or ride this sinking ship into the ocean.

Your choice.

I don’t, especially after playing guild wars 2.

I just came back after not playing from MoP.

How so? Game used to have more players, now it has less.

You didn’t think this through.

Download HandyNotes and stahp!

i did download handynotes. what do i need to stop? it help me find glyphs.

So find them all and go have fun with never-ending Vigor.

i prioritize leveling over finding glyphs. have 11 alts to level. if i get glyph while leveling so be it. im in no rush. maybe im doing something wrong my drake seems to spend lot of time waiting recharge vigors.

You are not even 70…

Dragon riding is the best thing they have added to the game since transmog.

If you don’t like Dragon riding just use flight points.

Dragon riding is significantly faster than older flying and more fun.

The only thing I wish is that they would add dragon ridding to the older zones, and seeing as it is regarded as a universal success they probably will.

Stop trolling for attention.

You have your problem and the cause of that problem all in the same sentence.

Oh, you’re one of those “they stole this system from GW2 and they did it better!” Good for you… I have no interest in that game, but if you do, then go play it?

That doesn’t make my statement about you holding on to the “old way” and not liking change wrong… but whatever?

That is literally the same thing as saying

Slowly killing a game means it had more players before, now it has less… are you understanding now?

Everything you have said so far is the same as the old man in the basement apartment yelling at the younger kids above to “turn the radio down” because that “isn’t music”, while you blast The Beatles.

Dragon riding gets a lot better but I still do miss flight form and old flying mounts.

is there something wrong with leveling alts? maybe im crazy but shouldnt a key feature of this expansion feel fun and exciting to use right off the bat?

The key point is immersion. You want to level your alts, go right ahead. I leveled mine as well and had tons of fun.
Mainly because I focused on having all the glyphs first and then quest.
If you’re focusing on not getting all the glyphs then you are having the true experience of what is to slowly become a dragonriding master. Slowly is the key word here.

You are right that a key feature should be fun at the start. Dragonriding feels awful at first and requires all the glyphs for it to work better. That was a poor design choice on the part of Blizzard.

It does help to get all of the glyphs early so that you get more vigor (6 vigor bubbles and more vigor regen). The glyphs make a big difference. See how you feel about dragonriding then. I tried it, got all the glyphs, practiced for weeks to master it to the point where vigor hardly mattered, and realized I was not enjoying it at all. Some players enjoy it while others don’t.

“Put up” with it!? I LOVE it!!! I’ve occasionally tried to simulate realistic flight with regular flying mounts ever since TBC, so Dragonriding is a dream come true for me. Plus it’s a LOT faster than classic flight.

The one and only downside is that if I have to go afk to answer the door or something I can’t just mount up and hover.
