I swear I’m losing my mind here. I’m trying to open a ticket to a GM regarding some issue I have and CANNOT for the life of me do it. It keeps rerouting me to crappy automated answers that have nothing to do with my issue. I’m going in circles and cannot get thru to an actual human being. WTF is going on here? Somebody please help me
What exactly is the issue you’re having? We need to start there to get the right category.
My advice is to do it through the support website rather than in game. It’s still bad and tedious, but the interface is a bit better.
Purchased 3 character realm transfers, want to transfer my 3 characters from SOD Lone Wolf PVP server to Wild Growth PVE realm.
For some reason it’s not showing any destination realms when I attempt to make the transfer, it isn’t letting me transfer any of my toons despite me having the transfer option. What’s going on?
There are no server transfers for SoD. That’s your issue.
So you’ll want a problem with purchase ticket to get a refund.

Then why the hell do they give you an option to purchase them?? How am I supposed to know there aren’t realm xfers if I literally have the option to purchase it right there?? Insane!!

The Contact Support button for me is replaced with Get Help which leads you to these prompts. I found a way to get to the Contact Us button but it doesn’t do anything. Sigh.
Head over to the Customer Support Forum and ask them for a ticket path to your specific issue.
