How do I get to Argus? The transporter thing is no longer in dalaran for me.

Was it there in Dalaran before for that character, or has it never been there for them?

Armies of Legionfall is for Broken Shore… sounds like you haven’t started Argus on that character.

Try running this script to see if you’ve completed the first quest, The Hand of Fate:
/script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(47835))

The last quest that gives you the Argus teleporter is Into the Night.

A quick fix would be to get someone to summon you from one of the raid summoning stones.

But that would not open it properly. It may not open any of the quests and it also may not make the portal to go back.
