I have the achievement, I had the rating, I had more than enough games played, I’ve submitted a ticket, I’ve submitted a big report, and this is for two of my characters in the same exact situation.
I pretty much only pvp, and I want the title I earned, so that I can get sick of seeing it and push for a higher one this season. I see other users with their rival/duelist/glad, so there must be some kind of glitch.
Had the exact same thing happen to 3 of my characters. (Rival achievement and no title) I opened a ticket and the ticket was marked “resolved” with no answer or guidance on anything, lol. They then sent me a survey to ask how they did on answering my response.

Have you tried opening your character sheet, clicking the bottom right triangle to expand the view, selecting “Titles”, top right center, and selecting Rival from the options?
Yeah lol so same thing received half of the Rival achievements (only the feat of strength) finished season 2204 with literally hundreds of wins was well above every single criteria, tracking has bugged thats why only the feat was received and any attempt to contact blizzard over it has been genuinely the most rage baitingly dumb incompetent insanely shameless, I had to buy 2x wow time to even log on and CHECK my rewards for starters also contacted them over money going into the ether (again…blizzard seems to just do this to random people and never give an explanation other than “hurr durr check with your bank” in some vain attempt to palm off the problem while that money has processed completely correctly btw and is sitting in the “ether”, as for the end of season rewards I didn’t work for it for 167 days to be gaslighted by “theres just nothing we can do on our end we don’t handle that try the in game report system” as if I haven’t played for 20+ years and have had to contact support over that 20+ year period and immediately know from past examples they are lying through their teeth and covering the fact they’re too lazy or socially anxious to contact a different department within the company they work for for a customer that literally pays their bills, unfortunately given the circumstances that’s too much piss in the mouth for me personally I would have to smash my head into a brick wall for those exact same 167 days relentlessly to even be in a position to consider accepting that, the fact they turn to forum posts, player community help and directing you to a bug report about as useful as a screen door on a submarine before just contacting their own engineering team who work under the exact same banner so they don’t have to waste time PRing 5 tickets with no resolution, insane concept I know having direct flow communication between branches for accuracy and efficiency instead of palming off problems that require dev tools to your player base.
I’d like to note here that I’m experiencing the same bug. Despite being entitled ( 
) to the Rival title for my 2249 rating in the 2s bracket, I’ve received the achievement but not the title. And it’s a shame, because the Rival title would go so well with my character’s name (Rellah). Likewise, I tried to get in touch with blizzard via the in-game ticket system, but I met a series of dead ends and my problem remains unresolved. I hope Blizzard will give some attention to this issue.
