So I’m phased right now on the meeting kalecgos quest. I can accept the quest and abandon it and it plays the npcs leaving but when I go to claim the bag of helpful goods the supply portal doesn’t appear….so idk what to do.
You need to complete whatever quest line phased you in the first place.

Yea I can’t find out what quest it is. That’s the issue.
Do you have any other quests around the area, Keggerstan?
Can you walk me through what happens?
As far as I am aware you should be picking up the quest from Khadgar, then a bit northish, there should be a "Supply Portal " that should have a gossip option.
Do you ever see that portal or does it fade as you approach it?

So im stuck in the same spot. My entire Azure Span zone is now empty besides Camp Antonida. The only quest i have available here is “Supporting the Cobalt Assembly” When accepting that quest the person it tells you to see is not there. I fully cleared my quest log after realizing i was phased. Instance portals dont work. No enimies or NPC’s Anywhere outside this camp and cant get the quest back the apparently phased me.
Edit: I will also note i am at the end of the story Where I’m supposed to talk to Tyr. So it shouldn’t be the Khadgar quest that phased me.
Can you tell me what quests in the zone will phase you that are not main story quests? Im fully locked out of the zone and cant do World Quests or any of the reps there. I was collecting the Symbols for Dragonflying today when this happened. About halfway the symbols were no longer there and i noticed the entire zone is empty. I have 0 quest in quest log for the zone.
I’m afraid that simply isn’t information that Support has. Most of the phasing troubleshooting we have now is based on collecting information over time.
For this, it would be best to submit a bug report so our QA team can take a look. You shouldn’t have no options, so something is amiss and they’d be able to tell what conditions your character is experiencing that might cause what you are seeing.
Make sure you either submit the bug in-game on the character you are having trouble with, or post on the forums and list that character/realm.

I never see the portal, it says on wow heads tracker that I have already completed this quest but in game it still makes me replay the quest with no supply portal spawning. I put in a ticket and it’s been 14 days now…kinda sucks cuz the new season starts tomorrow and I can’t do the azure dungeons. I’ve flown all around the dragon isle trying to find a way to solve it and I’m able to quest in all the other zones except the Azure Span.
Alright, we think we figured out what the issue is, and the overall issue has been bugged so that folks in this situation can still see and interact with the Support Portal.
In the meantime, try completing “Supporting the the Cobalt Assembly” that you have in your quest log. That may be causing the phase, so completing that and maybe some of the follow-ups might return things to normal.
Please let me know if it does.

So when I try to complete cobalt assembly, there’s no one to turn the quest into, same with all the quests in that zone that I can turn in and complete, Like I can abandon and accept quests but I can’t turn them in and if it’s a new quest that I can pick up nothing spawns for me to kill, gather etc.
I assume abandoning the “Supporting the Cobalt Assembly” doesn’t help? That is a bummer, I was hoping we could at least find a workaround while the issue was being looked into.
Sorry, Keggerstan. With luck a hotfix can be developed, tested and implemented quickly.

I’m phased out from keeper remulos in mount Hyjal. Order hall quest to hand in. I can see him at a distance but some azerite event messing it all up
