I have not memorized all my toons on each servers im on. How do i find them and have them categorized?
What does it show you if you click BEGIN ITEM RESTORATION at the link below?

I ask because it should give you a full list of all your characters (broken down by realm) for any WoW licenses under your Battle Net account.
Do i have to look at the item restoration every time now ? is there a way to do that in game? like how it was before???
If you click REALMS at the top of the character select screen it will show you how many characters you have on a realm. But they are not going to display on the character screen as they did before the changes.

Well, if you want to see a given toon on a given server, you can hover your mouse over the toon on the list. Under the name in the popup window, you’d see the server name in grey-ish text.

I didnt ask if how many are there in a server, I asked if theres a way to see the names of your toons in a given server.
I have so many toons on so many servers that, that will take forever. The past version was alot cleaner and more efficient way… idk why they changed it this way.
What I have been doing is moving ones on the same realm together up near the top of the list. I’m not doing it all at once, just a few at a time. Eventually my list will be sorted by realm again.
Any feedback you want to give on the new character select screen you would need to give either in the General Discussion forum or using the in-game Feedback section on the Support menu.

As it stands, right now (Sep 4, 2024), this is correct.
The GD Forums and I have been requesting that the new “Search Bar” includes filtering out by “realm”. The new “Search Bar” seems to filter by character name, class, character level, etc. Anything but “realm”.
Feel free to add your contribution to some of those threads (or make your own) or send Blizz an in-game feedback with this request.
Hopefully, we’ll be able to use the new “Search” system by filtering out by “realm”, some time in the near future with our combined feedback!

I think it would be nice to have the ability to filter them complete with a dropdown list of checkboxes - server, race, class, level ranges (multiple options here). Can also have a search icon to open the search box if you know at least part of the name.

I like it! If you want to play on one of your toons on Shu’Halo server, filter by server. If you want to play one of your Hunters, filter by class. If you want to work on leveling up some characters, sort by level. Not sure we need to filter by race… maybe for RP enthusiasts? You should submit it via the in-game suggestion box.

heh, for race, I was thinking more along the lines of “I know I had a race/class combo…” kind of thing or “does any of this race have this class?” for those that have a lot of toons… I wish for that and I have 29 and most on only 2 servers.
