Has the option just been obfuscated even further, or does customer support no longer exist in game? If it’s the latter, I find that extremely alarming.
It exists but not everything can be solved by a GM whats ur issue so we can direct u.

Where does it exist? My issue is trying to find the button, it went missing. I need to know so in the future I don’t have to come to the forums any time my issue isn’t on the list on the in-game help UI. There’s no “MY ISSUE IS NOT LISTED ABOVE, I NEED HELP” button.
That’s correct. There is a finite number of issues that a GM can help with. Unfortunately, you’re not providing a lot of info for us to help point you to the right support option.
If you’re using the red ? in-game or the Contact Support option from the website here, then you simply follow the most appropriate path.
Typically speaking, though not always, if there’s no option for what you’re looking for, then it may be that it’s something a GM cannot help you with.
Again, if you’re willing to shed a little light, like an example of what the issue may be, then we can help clarify further.

There isn’t a general generic button, Bombarrows, as the majority of issues that our staff is able to address can be found in the various options our site tries to guide you through.
If you gave us an idea of what your issue is/was, perhaps we can better guide you.

Most issues these days are either considered in-game hints, which GM staff can not give, or are “self-help” options, such as restoring an item.
Reporting someone for language or cheating is done by right-clicking on their names and selecting the option. Or for cheating where you can’t report them, you can email hacks@blizzard.com
If your issue is not covered in the possible options, then it likely is not something a GM can assist with.
