How do I check my ticket status while my battlenet account was banned

Hi,
My main battlenet account was banned and I used my alt account to sumbit a ticket last week for appeal account ban. And I received an email from a game master on last Friday said they will do investigation for my account. Now 1 week has been past, I still have not received any further information about my appealing and I cannot log in my battlenet account to check ticket status as its banned. What should I do at this stage? Still waiting for reply or create another ticket?

Wait on a reply more tickets wont help speed things up.

Presuming I found the correct account - this has been escalated for further review, Amelon - that does take a bit of time.

Sent up 2 days ago, hopefully you’ll hear something soon. There should be an email with the results when they become available.

Thank you for your reply, I just received an email from game master, but it gave me a different ticket id Issue ID: #80138885. My original id was Issue ID: #80169297. Are those the same ticket?
