How do I actually create a ticket and get support?

The support page is useless, only redirecting me to articles that don’t help me fix my issue.

One of my characters is completely dead space. I cannot log onto her, I get disconnected every time I try, or if I am able to log in, I get disconnected every time I try to move the camera or step with her.

Alright, cool. She’s a level one character on exile’s reach. Should be no issue to just delete her and remake her, right? Wrong. Since she has mail, I cannot even delete her, but that’s all support will tell me to do.

What a worthless support system.

Luckily, you’re in the right place.

Unfortunately, bugs do happen for whatever the reason there on Exiles. You’ve got two steps you can try. The self-service automated character move, and if that doesn’t work, then I’ll also give you the link to directly submit your ticket. You can say there if you just want them to delete the alt or get them moved elsewhere.
