It was at about 500-600 or so, and now they are 90-100. I checked the shadowlands quests and they are giving out 200. How come they lowered it so much?
the early access is next week then monday is the other players tww released
every new expansion the wq gold rewards get reduces from older expansions
Sell expansions - can’t have players farming gold in old areas.
People will tell you that is to preserve a stable and a prosper economy; as if botters handnt ruined it already.
It was a rather early nerf, OP. Happens on every expansion; it sucks.
Perhaps it was to combat how much more spendable Gold is now in circulation, since Gold is now account wide with no server or faction restrictions.
Just do more of them for equal or lesser gain!
Devs know how much you enjoy WQs.
Ok, thanks for all the replies. I get it now, was just curious why they lowered it below shadowlands.
They do it to funnel people towards the new content and purchase the expansion.
Killing immersion, ruining werld pee vee pee in instanced content and outside of Warmode.
Think about the shareholders.
It was like that before warbank.
So as to not encourage you to do them in the next expansion .
oh did they nerf the race bags?
Xpac is not over yet, what cheap move by blizzard
Blizz always nukes the old expansion rewards when the next one releases. They do this so players don’t feel force into doing out dated content which I think is dumb. This is WORLD of Warcraft and not the Latest Expansion of Warcraft.
Blizz should do an ESO and scale everything to maxed level.
if its even 100 im surprised usually it goes to 20g
Ouch, I use gold to buy wow tokens for game time, and this just stopped me from getting that next wow token.
Sure, but they should have waited one more week.
We’re still in Dragonflight for one full reset.
Its still 2 weeks away…
they did, down to 100g ish.
They did it because TWW is going to be released in 9 days for early access and 13 days for everyone else. They want you doing those World Quests in the new zones, not coming back to old content.
