How come game breaking bugs/progressing preventingbugs aren't a top priority?

Your friend needs to make a bug report in game or in the proper bug report forum here. There’s nothing that GMs or Customer Support can do in this instance.

I know this is frustrating for your friend, but there isn’t anything you can do to help. Have them put in a proper report so devs can get more account data about what is causing the issue and can fix it.

Just did for a different quest, got the location of the cave entrance after I had flown around the area close to 2 minutes.
