How Can We Redeem/Rebuild The Horde (Actual Horde Edition)

Yeah, the point will be lost on them because they’re being malicious at this point, even if they think they’re being fair in a twisted type of logic. The SF goes through waves of these posters it seems, once one gets bored another takes their place.

Have to subvert those expectations.

For sure.

That would be excellent for the next phase of the hypothetical. As it stands, the only Horde capital relatively intact is Quel’thalas. This is important to the second part of my hypothetical.

Or are they the same person in some cases making alternate accounts to continue trolling after being banned (e.g. Erevien)

T_T you don´t hate me, thank God!!!

But yes I skipped over it and it was a VERY nice surprise to see such well put suggestions. And that´s the point: no matter how much stuff people destroys, the things that actually bring the interest of the people is how you REBUILD.

Omg, be careful!!! We don´t want you to get your own "Fandom Menace"in here!!!

I´m all ears (figuratively AND literally)… the half of Quel´thalas will be given to the Helfers for free over my dead body, however I´ll be happy to cede it to my fellow Horde comrades in their time of need. U_U

Heck, why only the half… take as much as you need, lorewise speaking that´s more terrain than the elves probably need in the near future with them being survivors of genocide themselves.

Mmmm, nah, I don´t think so. Erevien is indeed an special case, but the other “suspects” on this thread have different use of the language and even different goals / ways to achieve the goal in mind (Morghel wants to punch us BUT he is open to groveling sealing the deal… the gnome is plain obssesed with punching us, period. Micah too wants to punch us BUT she´s waaay more coherent in her petition -she at least is open to get a villain bat if this is a logical consequence of the narrative, and that´s way more than I can say in regards to the other problematic posters-).

HA!

Did you know that if a spider made an UwU face it would look like:

Proudly so, btw… the iconic look that differentiated Warcraft Elves from Elves on other games IS the ridiculously big size of the ears after all.

Nope, had no idea… is this a good moment to confess I´m arachnophobic? I mean my hair stands on end when people using one of the spider mounts pass close to my PC in the game (I hate them :confounded:)

I don’t think Morg/Smallioz/Micah are the same but we occasionally get a wayward user whose not a SF regular yell at the thread before leaving. Last time was a nelf avatar iirc.

Could there be ‘sub races’ maybe?

I think it could just be recognizing certain features are group-specific, so it’d be as easy as labeling different troll skin colors as “Amani 1” “Gurubashi 2” “Farraki 3” etc, or in the case of Orcs or Dwarves labeling the specific tattoos as “Wildhammer 1” “Dark Iron 2” “Shattered Skull 1” “Frostwolf 2” etc

Micah is definitively not the same as them since he’s way less biased than them and even often argue against other silly night elf player.

And as mush as they all regurgitate the same non-sense, the way that the other one of this thread behave is very different.

Zair always try to look like neutral and doing like he have more knowledge on the matter.

Morge, will just deny any logic and will also go around in a conversation.

Smallioz is just toxic and can past haft of a thread just insulting people not even using a full sentence and won’t even provide one single argument. Not even a bad arguement.

Ethriel, which is clearly Elesane or whatever, will just always extrapolate to the extreme or just lying about the night elf situation and about how the night elf don’t even exist in the game anymore or any other kind of non-sense.

Either is the name?

Ethriel* Is the name. My bad.

If we’re going to do meta commentary, I figure this thread was always going to be doomed to have cross-faction bickering because it started out as a spin-off of an older thread started by an alliance player and the “(actual horde edition)” subtitle was bound to draw people in to continue that. Meanwhile, the “Alliance, who are you?” thread is about 3 months removed from that as well as only being 1/70th the combined size of this and its parent thread.

Give it time and, if the alliance version doesn’t die off as non-megathreads tend to do, it might get its own arguments. You can only flip a coin so many times on internet discussions before it turns spicy.

I was wrong: I could not find any topics related to the restoration of night elves who are not associated with vengeance on the Horde, and “desecrated” by the Horde. Search time: about five minutes.
So, I will hate the Horde for refusing to be beaten by the Alliance (specifically the night elves), for encroaching on Ashenvale and Azshara.

My only issue with the horde is teldrassil, but I already posted what I think were sensible solutions, that doesn’t inflict any harm on the horde. I might have to repost them again for those who might have missed it.

And I do try to keep a open mind and look at the issue from both sides before responding, even if I don’t always get my point across as elegant as I want :wolf:

It will die off Alliance don’t have much disagreement and what they want is pretty consistent.

Check any twitter, discord or reddit if not here.
The problem is the Horde and what they want for their own redemption. And the Alliance playerbase wants their pound of Horde flesh they have been waiting for since Cataclysm when Sylvanas invaded and destroyed Gilneas and many other locations by Garrosh’s Horde.

It’s why I put so much background into in my post.

And I love the effort you put into it. Keep it up :wolf:

There is sort of an ironic outcome here as well. Like, after whats going on 5+ years of Blizz villain batting the Horde, for those Horde still paying attention to the story … the Faction Conflict is something we never want to participate in again. Ever. We’re to the point where even the prospect of the Alliance wailing on us an getting their fun in, most Horde posters on this sub have no motives to even fight back in self-defense.

Truly, the Faction Conflict has such deeply ingrained negative connotations with the Horde playerbase now (where we have no legs to stand on, and have been guilted for years by the writers themselves for their forcing us to participate in it) … we don’t want to participate in it. We’ve been trained to feel bad and shame about taking part in that story thread in any capacity. The Alliance probably could do whatever they want to the Horde at this point, and we’ll just role over and take it. We’re very very sick of being guilt tripped in fighting the Moral Incarnates that are the Alliance. Especially without luxuries like motives, means, and only forced opportunity.

and the rest of Azeroth at this point, This is why you have the cenarion circle and Silver hand actively opposing the Horde. The Horde doesn’t get to decide when its done enough to redeem itself. It has to make an effort to make it up to the parties they have wronged.

The Horde need a complete fresh start that will fully distance them from their previous mistakes. By giving up their homes and moving it takes them out of conflict with the alliance and other factions. It would be a great start in redeeming themselves and they could do alot of good in Northrend.

Again out of context, The horde lost leaders but nothing else of note. Certainly there was no consequences for having another massive civil war that the Alliance needed to save them from again.

Well its not like they earned their place on Kalimdor or Eastern kingdoms considering their constant warring with their neighbours and the damage they have done to the land.

Though I don’t think they should be forced to leave, I feel it would be better for the Horde to make the decision themselves. Again moving toward that path of redemption.

Yes they need to build up a roster but do you want more warmongers or alliance rejects because they are so close to the Alliance? Or instead Characters developed completely away from the Alliance that stand as Horde characters.
