I think that their point is if you’re running LFR and rolling on trinkets, you’re also running LFR and gaining currency towards a BiS trinket if you want it
If you report them, it puts them on a temporary ignore so they won’t be able to message you and it solves the entire problem. If they were still messaging you, it means you didn’t report them. Just report and don’t engage, problem solved. If you feed the fire, it makes you out to be the bad guy even if the other people are being bad or worse.
Rolling on gear you are going to use? Not a jerk.
Need rolling on gear to hold for ransom? Debatable, usually a jerk move.
Saying nasty stuff in chat or whispers? Definitely a jerk.

Honestly delves are easier than LFR , im not sure why people go there, even weekly quests give better than LFR

I dunno mate, I’m with Battlecrusr on this. You posted a REALLY LONG post about it, but did not mention you reported them once. So I too would have assumed you didn’t.
You could have just said, sorry, I didnt’ think to mention it and left it at that. Nobody would have faulted you. But you went on the attack. And doubled down on it even. While this isn’t the LFR loot roll anymore, you might take this as an answer to your topic.
