I’m sorry! But it has already make a lot of work on junkgnomes!
There is no other way to be chosen, even as for the devs, the alliance needs junkgnomes!
The horde would ask for Hozens, and it is difficult for Blizzard to make its skeletons usable for players, with the inclusion of armor and mounts!
So I do not believe we see hozens in the horde and by the way, Jinyus in the Alliance!
The Alliance can not get something, and Horde does not receive its part opposed to the Jinyus!!
So even though junkgnomes have no hype or bring any sense of achievement and aggregation to the alliance, we’ll have to live with “more one horse”!
BfA was made to deconstruct the expectations of the alliance!
By the Naaru, are you really calling Gnome players selfish because they want a second option, when you already have 4 different elf flavours to choose from and want a 5th now? You literally REEK of entitlement.
If Blizz listened to people like you, the Warcraft universe would consist of nothing but humans and elves, and the world would be stale and boring.
I legitimately want to play a junker gnome and all the hate they get only makes me want to play one even more. I hope people are raging in the streets of Boralus as I strut my mechanical stuff.
I think Jinyu, tuskarr, or even the oracles from scholzar basin would have been a nice change in race, though I think they’d save those for new races as a whole.
I wouldn’t mind junker gnomes if they had their racials be super tinker related, like a racial grappling hook like outlaw rogues have or other quirky gadgets. I could look past it being similar like the light forged dranei if they really leaned into the racials and what kind of things you could change with your characters look like a mechanical hand or things like that.
But if it’s just a gnome with predetermined mechanical skin tones and the horde get vulpera, well, that would suck lol.
Ankoan looks horrible, and does not even have a civilization!
I’ve waited almost 10 years for Blizzard to fix the face and other details of the worgen!
And when we go to the Azshara pool, the best we can hope for, is a fish with a worse face than what my main has now?
And I presume that the Alliance should thank for the devs for this joke!
The race neither has any character of the alliance and neither nobility or even sympathy of the Jinyus!
They are just jinyus with a worse look than the originals!
While everything about Vulpera is awful they are much better than garbage gnomes. I feel the Alliance would be better off getting nothing instead garbage gnomes.
They should be giving the Sethrak to the Alliance. Would be simple. just make them the Nightborne of this expansion. Have Sylvanas or her bootlicker threaten the Sethrak with destruction if they don’t help them drive the Alliance out of Vol’dun. Not wanting to harm the Alliance because they helped them and not trusting the Horde anymore due to the threat they go to the Alliance for help.
I actually agree, since Vulpera would be a whole new race for the Horde. The Alliance should get a whole new race in that case to keep things balanced. If the Alliance gets Gnominators, the Horde should get Gilblins.
it’s funny you say that, when Blizzard continues to give us more of the same we already have ( Horses, grifons, elves, humans ) , even if we insist on suggesting something different or unique!
The problem is not junkgnome be bad!
Junkgnomes will come at a dreadful hour, if they are paired with vulperas!
It would be the same if Horde were given pygmies instead of hozens, and the Alliance would receive Jinyus!
it’s no worse than voidbelves or any other allied race that’s been slated for Horde or Alliance!
What makes them unpalatable is that the horde can receive vulpes that are something new and with a lot of hype and the Alliance, just a reskin of something we already have and does not generate any general hype in the faction!
Vulperas are the only new breed we are seeing receive some work on the Horde side, and this from the beginning of BfA!
On the Alliance side, there have been many suggestions and speculations of what could be something vibrant for the faction!
And what do we have? a model of gnome that mutilates its own body! Cutting?
Well, matching something remarkable with something recycled, will not reverberate much joy!
Even more so, when it seems like everything we’re getting is just another placebo of something we could have dreamed of receiving, delivered in the worst possible way!
Please don’t misunderstand my position here. I’m actually hugely against the fact the Alliance keeps getting Horses for example. It’s soooo worn out Blizz jeebus. Junker Gnomes are not actually my first pick for new Alliance AR. I’d rather have Sethrak or Jinyu… leaning towards Sethrak. But it’s about fairness
If the Horde gets Vulpera, Alliance should get Sethrak. If the Alliance gets Gnominators, Horde should get Gilblins.
Just no more Elves/Humans please Blizz… Freaking weeds the lot of them.
