Horrific Visions, the issue, and mis-information being told by your employees

Vrakthris, if you’re unable to help with a request that you think is valid, I’d hope you’d be the first to contribute to the feedback you are suggesting we make. The worst form of customer support is the classic “I’d love to help, but I can’t. Sorry! Peace out!”. You’re in the best position to help make this change. Your voice is much stronger than ours. If you feel your reach, as a CS agent, is being unjustly limited, help us out! We’ve tried to reach out to Blizzard, but nothing is being done. The vessel system is flawed and you guys need to be able to offer support. No one’s vessel should be lost to bugs, disconnects, and server problems. Help us out man!

Vrak isnt a liason to the dev The best advice has been given post in general where Developers will see it or use the ingame suggestion feature.

So… you choose to make a suggestion in a forum where you know it won’t get traction, rather than in the appropriate forum, because you believe it won’t get traction.

No, it has gotten traction. It’s been heavily posted about to no avail. Repeating the same behavior and expecting a different result is insanity. Trying something new is the only reasonable thing to do at this point.

I said nothing about the validity of the request, Bormes. I absolutely understand the frustration here, but I only provided what I could referring the current policies involved. Really, my feedback/suggestions aren’t relevant in this situation. I am not a liaison to our Development team.

Yet, I didn’t say that. I said, if you would like to see a change to the current policy, you need to post your feedback in the appropriate section. Providing the appropriate avenue for your feedback is a valid response. I’m sorry if you don’t think so.
