This loot would seem nifty if it wasn’t hobbled by negatives and the fact that you can arbitrarily turn up the iLevel, making it worthless.
Haters: No, turning up the iLevel of drops on Ulduar is not the same a releasing ICC.

Yeah, my raid toon is basically not getting upgrades until her cloak is higher level and I have friends available to run with to maximize our odds of a full clear.

Kaivax, any chance this could be put in an abbreviated form on a tooltip somewhere ingame? Something like the cache tooltips for pvp and m+?

Echoing everyone when I ask why this information wasn’t present in the actual game?
I’ve played wow for a decade, but I’m very tired of the timegates, the grinding by design, the bugs, the lack of communication… I doubt anyone will read this or care at Blizz, but I’m not going to be pre-ordering Shadowlands. 
Not until I hear solid reviews that you’re going in a better direction.

This design is basically Beta for Shadowlands. Maybe they will learn from their mistakes.

Can you fix the issue with the random npcs in the dungeon locking you into combat, i was doing a lost area last night had 3 sanity orbs got to 200 sanity went to pop orb after using FD and the npc kept on hitting stuff an i couldnt use my orbs and ended up dying an losing my last vessel for the week.

I honestly didn’t even know you were supposed to get loot from the visions. Ran it 5 times and 0 loot. Fun stuff.
Someone at Blizz needs to stand up to their employers and investors and say “Hey, you’ve cut so much staff you expect the impossible. If you want to make more money, you should give a quality product. To give a quality product, you have to have the staff in order to do that.”
Some business people just don’t know how to do business, sure you may make some extra money in the moment but you make more money in the long run.

Oh cool, so I used all my stuff to get my cloak to rank 5 and I didn’t get crap outside of the quest rewards during the quest line. I’ve made 5 runs, accomplishing all 5 to kill thrall and I didn’t see crap. I not only got screwed out of resources, but I also got screwed out of potential gear too. Fantastic!

This is absolute garbage. Is that how you intend on us having us wait the 10 months until the next expansion? This is absolutely unrewarding. This needs to change. Nobody is wanting this at all, 6 daily quests, 1 weekly Vision reward at Boss kill, raid… 10 MONTHS wait… #sigh

430 ilevel for 2 objective+boss?
Assume these rewards are tuned for much higher sanity reduction than we currently have. Cause…that seems a bit low considering 430 is pretty easy to come by just running M+.
