So I’ll take a stab at something the Alliance could do to make it seem more “morally grey.” As mentioned many times on this thread, anything the Alliance does to the Horde by this point will be cheered on by a significant portion of the Alliance playerbase. Having the Alliance be the instigating aggressors is difficult without destroying characters to make it happen.

Then let’s create a new character who rapidly rises to prominence by taking a hardline anti-Horde stance and gathering support from those who are frustrated with the current government. My only requirement is that this new character NOT be motivated by revenge.
