Wrath of the Lich King Classic
Level 74 Troll Warrior, Old Blanchy
Successfully completed every quest in Taunka’le
Doing the Horde Wrathgate quest chain. Successfully completed the quest ‘Across Transborea’ and turned it into Wartook Iceborn at Westwind Refugee Camp. But the follow-on quest ‘A Tauren Among Taunka’ was not available to me. Thus I am blocked from continuing the Wrathgate quest chain.
Turned in 3 tickets but every response I’ve received thus far has been a copy and paste of the same troubleshooting process (below) - which I have followed to the letter each time with zero luck:

Please also reset your user interface, following the steps bellow:
- Completely exit World of Warcraft.
- Uninstall any addon managers to make sure they don’t re-add your removed addons.
- In the Blizzard Battle.net desktop application, click Options and select Show in Explorer (Windows®) or Reveal in Finder (Mac®).
- Open the World of Warcraft® folder.
- Open the folder for the game version you’re troubleshooting (retail, classic_era, or classic)
- Rename the Cache, Interface, and WTF folders to CacheOld, InterfaceOld, and WTFOld.
- Re-launch World of Warcraft so the changes can take effect.

- Press Esc or click the ? button to open the menu.
- Click Support.
- Click Submit feedback or bug report.
- Enter the details of the bug into the Submit a bug description box, making sure to follow the guidelines outlined on the submission form.
- Click Submit.
For quest issues, please follow these steps:
- Re-log or zone to a different area to resolve potential phasing issues
- Abandon and re-take the quest (Note: all current progress will be lost)
