Even more so if they are given to races that fail miserably to instill appreciation for the alliance. You can put a racial overpower on a stone and people will only use the stone for the racial.
And that is something that takes away any value from the race itself.
Because no matter how much the alliance is put aside and it makes the faction less and less expressive or endearing to new and old players, this is not something that will harm Blizzard, the horde or warcraft.
So we can only hope to see more of the alliance being something seasonal (of niche players) and the horde something where more work is done that covers the interests of more people.
If someone asked me if Warcraft is a good game, I would say that it has its moments but it is something of difficult satisfaction for those who have no affection for the lore or race of the game.
But if you ask me which faction to start playing with, I would say to go to the Horde.
The Alliance is only for those who have the strength to endure disappointments.
That kind of thing is the rule for Alliance in my experience.
âOh, the raid leader. Oh, he is God.â
Yeah, right. And the raid leader is not wearing any clothes and nobody has the guts to say a single word.
This is not to disagree with you on your approach, because I want to turn Discord off too. But, and I emphasize doing this with caution and tact. Stand up for your fellow raiders and politely have a chat with the raid leader afterwards, and provide your constructive criticism. Whatâs the worst that could happen? You end up pug raiding. But at least, man, you might have made a good friend and learned a bit of know-how re: leadership. Life is short, man. I personally never run away and hide from a mentally challenged raid or guild leader, or even a smart one with the wrong thinking. Thatâs not to say such things will end well every time, but you have nothing to lose if it doesnât work out because you will just have to find another way to get the job done, anyhow. And why stick around if you donât enjoy wiping or being victim to a lack of insight and/or people skills?!
that RL was arrogant. type of person who was all high and mighty but had no business being a RL because they didnât know what the issue was and wouldnât take criticism.
reason why i stook to that guild and group was because i had 3 friends who i played daily with in the guild. out of the 4 of us 3 didnât take her poop but we played nice because the person who brought us into that guild was close to the guildies. after a while we just said screw it and not gonna take her or their poop anymore because yea we were fairly good at what roles we played which was all dps.
had i continued to play instead of taking a massive break surely we would progressed further then them in BfA i know 1 of us did he cleared mythics but my schedule doesnât allow for full clearing mythics.
itâs not that she was a girl either iâve worked and currently work under a female boss they can be good leaders tbh but people that canât take criticism to benefit the group as a whole i donât mess around with. to me people like that are just selfish.
Hey, you try raiding with a work schedule that puts a 12 hour night shift on any potential raid night every other week, no matter what day of the week it is.
My point being, people love to brag and talk down the other faction while 9/10 are only Horde for a carry and have nothing to show for it.
Bragging rights go to the individual who put work in.
I chose the context in the sense that, at certain points of conflict within the next few expansions to come. There was actual hope at the âwarâ in warcraft. But sadly, we join forces to fight the evil bad guys like always and itâs old too me.
I made the original post. My main is fourth highest on the server in gear level and top three healer for mythic plusâand I pretty much max twink out my toons when leveling and doing less than max level bgs. Also, and not to blatantly challenge your thinkingâbut have you looked at the current raid progress. Go to Wow Progress right now. Red means Horde. In the top 40 on progress there are only four Alliance guilds. Four, man. Four of forty!
Honestly, though, I like being on the underdog sideânot that I donât leave 9 of 10 battlegrounds I join within two minutes, lol.
Then too, in my experience dealing with Alliance raid and guild leaders, i am wondering if the lack of a whole bunch of things that include coaching skills, people skills and intelligence is also a problem on the horde side.
Whatâs the difference? My toons are all uber geared. Maybe Iâm the exception that proves the rule. But I have been playing alliance forever, and vs horde, except when Frostmane gets on pvp bites, man.
I have no intention of proving you wrong, but I made the original post. And I am not what you say. I did start this xpac very late, and for a few months did nothing in BFA, but my main is like 469 ilevel and running 14 and 15 keys on heals np at all.
Besides, what does it matter, man? Look at the stats. Alliance in raiding is far behind. My point is true. My intention of posting it is simply to get to the bottom of why, and to maybe get some people agreeing it is true so that Blizzard maybe will do something to encourage more good players to be Alliance.
Ok, again, can we see it?
The reason I ask is because I said âEver notice all the people who say Alliance sucks, Horde is better usually never have any gear or end game achievements?â
and so far you are proving that to be true.
