Thanks also for helping me add another reply, lol. Wanted to say I think there is a LOT of truth whenever anyone comments time of day matters. I would wager most of us can’t play around the clock, so our results will naturally differ depending on which faction’s players are generally ‘stronger’ for the time bracket we play in. IMO this reveals the key unfair factor of merc mode: it allows horde to have access to queuing with whichever faction is trending ‘strongly’ regardless of time of day, but alliance do not have the same option. The continual retort is “But queues” - yet the fact of the inequity, for lack of a better word, remains.

Ya know, I always felt that was true too. But looking at my Reflex again, I’m not seeing that many breakfast time L’s at a glance. But it’s hard to really pore over the info since the UI is clunky. I just found the “export to CSV” thing so I tried it.
Looks confusing though, the date “03:01 AM 04/07/2019” came out as “1554634878”. The maps are by ID # (Wintergrasp is “1105”), and “Duration 25:58” came out as “1558” which isn’t an Earth-used method of time that I am aware of. But most of the other stuff looks pretty legible.
Maybe there’s a help page out there that’ll help make this sensible.
