I finished my Horde slayer quest. Slay 10 horde, completed it, and turned in. No title was received. Put a ticket in to blizzard got nothing but a bunch of links and “saving my time”. Anyone else?

Happened twice to me with no title now. Think it’s just one of those eternal bugs
Hopefully we get the title when it’s fixed.

I would like this title.
I have a response from a support ticket that it’s a known issue and they plan on fixing it. If it happens to you, open a bug - and “like” the existing ones.

They sent me a bunch of links and said “we are saving your time” lol f y’all. Like seriously? Horrible support from blizzard. We have too many tickets. I wonder why.

Same happened to me. I took a screenshot of “quest completed” text for future reference. No title, no feat of strength unlocked
Hopefully after it’s fixed we will get the title and won’t have to do it again?
Happened to two of us in a three person group the other night. Almost all 3 but I got bsod and had to restart lol.
This is now my third time getting the quest and completing it to no avail.
I’m hoping they will do the right thing. But sending emails to someone & saying “we are trying to save you time” instead of helping the player base. It takes what a few mins at most to add a title to someone who has proof of completion?
I have a ticket open regarding a different issue and the average wait time is 10 days. Clearly they’ve totally given up on customer service.
Mine when I had it open was like 12 days. So yeah they closed my ticket and said “we will save you some time” lmao. What?
