Seems it was the elf corpse that ordered the burning of the tree and the one orc pretty much turned his back on that kind of behavior.
Agreed! And I have my Horde alts ready for when that happens!
Nah, -one- orc did. We see a bunch of Horde of all shapes and sizes gleefully participate in the burning in the cutscene. Point is, a lot of us don’t want to be “high and mighty” about this. We want a good story, and if that means doing “bad things” is the most plausible course of action, it’s vastly preferred to turning the other cheek and letting the Horde ream us again in the plot.
Orgrimar is a reason i went Alliance. That place is so angry and depressive looking. I ride through there and always feel worse than when i went in.
Oh I’m all up for righteous anger and revenge. I’d be happy to see alliance dealing a “low blow” to the horde. I welcome that. I just hate the “we wouldn’t go to your level because we’re so morally better than you.”
Well, over here alliance side…we kinda hate that, too.
Legion was the time for reconciliation. Teldrassil made that a very bizarre fantasy that is somehow the ingame reality. At least with the current writing staff x.x
I can’t tell you how much I hated the BFA garbage horde story…
I honestly did play a lot of alliance in 8.1 and 8.2. I just couldn’t stand the elf corpse and her lap dog.
Not in my experience either.
I went alliance 'cause I find horde races ugly… too many edgy players playing out their fantasy on the horde lol.
Now I saw the Belf Customizations for Shadowlands and am rethinking things sadly lol.
That’s one thing I have noticed. I dunno why that is.
Absolutely loving the irony here.
There is literally nothing that could make me want to play this game from the alliance perspective, what got me into wow was the ability to play from the “monsters” point of view. I just am not interested in the Alliance or its lore.
So I want to see what could happen that would make you play alliance.
Alliance protect their trees better.
Horde was mostly mature people
haha, you’re kidding, right?
Horde is full of kids that think if they swear and be unpleasant they could be mistaken for adults. There are also those on the alliance, they are everywhere. There is no “mature playerbase faction” just you might luck out and find a mature guild within one.
Alliance more monster races also, though particularly Sethrak, would be the only thing for me.

Alliance is exactly the same. The more you know.
,and we get to kill off the banshee.
Talk about plot armor: first we get expacs about ORCS and now its all about every fanboi’s waifu.
Irony.

Alliance do have “monster” races. You ever seen a Gnome? Disgusting creatures.
Clearly you’ve never read the forums whenever the Horde thinks the Alliance is getting something.
‘‘Waa, thats not fair! We should get it too.’’
