So nobody plays alts yet we need this for alts? 
I remember horde players upset when they got a week straight of azerite/gold and alliance got several loot boxes. They were whiners then and OP is a whiner now

Why the Emissary factions never mirror the respective factions I will never understand. The last patch Alliance had several armor caches and all we had was either gold or War resources or azerite Rewards. It happens on the other side also.

Yes, yes it isā¦ hence one of my two horde mages only just now swapping from a 395 wand/415 oh combo to a 420/415 from the THIRD weapons cache because the previous two both delivered offhands.
Thatās your own fault for not:
Raiding
Doing mythics
Or pvping
Not raiding on 20+ alts, no time for that. Mythics are difficult to get into when undergeared, emissaries help with that. Gearing through PvP is nice a way to learn to hate WoW, no idea why it is set up like that but it is, hurts both factions. Emissaries exist to provide an alternate path to gear, like all the different avenues you listed.

If you rely on emissaries to gear then this is what you get. You staked your progression to RNG and itās workong out as intended
Alliance get so few of these that even mains are still wearing sub 400. Much less alts. And before you say it, yes, as much as I hate it I do LFR and bonus roll for weapons, I do normal raid and bonus roll for weapon, and I do at least 2 M+ each week and bonus roll for weapon. STILL NOTHING. So when we see yet ANOTHER Horde weapon Emissaryā¦
Iām curious, and this is a general question, not necessarily just for you. But what do you do on these 20+ alts, and how much of the content you do with them requires having high level weapons?
Other than just wanting the best you can get for your characters ā that I understand.
Iām sure you were up in arms when alliance got several azerite armor pieces to start 8.2 while the horde was getting none

So you are refusing to to any content except for the easy to obtain stuff?
Canāt get into a mythic? Start one. Iām pretty sure mythic 0 drops 400 gear.
Your choosing to rely on rng gear rather than doing the content needed to get the gear.
I also highly doubt you have 20+ needing 415+ gear.
PVP is the only thing I donāt do. So if Iām already raiding on 2 different difficulties, and running Mythic, what other non-rng way exists? hmmm?
The more I see from these guys, the more I feel you may be closer to the truth than Iām comfortable with.

It is a very unsettling yet increasingly real possibility, isnāt it.
I know that was for Charity but Iāve answered this. I do M+, normal raid, and LFR raids while using bonus rolls and STILL cannot get a weapon above 400. If they allowed crafters to make them, Iād buy a 400+. There literally isnāt much else I can do each week.
I mean. I guess I could keep doing what Iām already doing and eventually Alliance will get a weapon emissaryā¦ oh wait. That wonāt happen. Horde get those.
But we got a couple of those super awesome 250 war resource ones! Damn it, think about the WAR RESOURES! On a more seriously note. Blizzard, WTH does that emissary quest still exist? At least make it a couple thousand war resources.
Honestly donāt care. My monk reached 415 and I finished up Pathfinder. No desire to alt outside the two faction mains.
I keep WM on for both toons, and the PvP rewards have been great . However, specifically the weapon upgrades have been sparse.
My conquest upgrades, by the time I reach them, are well below existing rewards. Iād rather they function differently as a reward. As in, they roll always as an upgrade even if very small.
Iāve got a 420 sword, but my conquest rewards a 380ā¦
Plus, my DK and monk need two weapons each. Iāve been stuck with one high and one low constantly. Mythics and such roll lots of armor, TR is only armor, and benthic is only armor
