Conquest cap. Like I said you don’t even need to actually PVP!
1x war chest daily @ 75 conquest (Nazjatar) over 7 days = 525 conquest = cap = week 1 weapon reward.
If you happen to get other war chests in other BFA zones each day, those are worth 50 conquest first time open, and you cut down the days necessary to reach 500 total.
Note: after you get the weapon, the next cap reward won’t be a weapon. And the next weapon won’t show up for another 9-10 weeks, but it should at that point scale up to 420 or 430 or whatever they bump it up to.
Yes. I am sure the calculator is favoring horde. This is all one big conspiracy to harm you and your progression. 
We’re you complaining when alliance for multiple azerite emmisaries in a row when 8.2 launched? Or about how alliance gets and extra free 400+ loot with AOO every week?

I don’t pvp so I had to look this up. These war chests spawn randomly, in a random place in the different zones, and if they’re found by someone else first, will despawn within minutes meaning I could spend hours upon hours looking for 1 and never even get my 75 conquest for the day?
I didn’t come back to the game until after 8.2 had dropped. As far as azerite goes I do the war ship … follower missions to get that. And I don’t even know what AOO is. I’m assuming that has something to do with pvp?
Yes, the no-effort way of collecting conquest isn’t handed to you. The way to collect conquest that takes effort is much easier to attain, but again, requires effort.
You don’t seem to have a problem putting forth effort, with the LFR/N raids and M+ you already do. Choosing not to PVP for an additional avenue to get a new weapon is completely up to you, but you are denying yourself a guaranteed weapon for a little extra effort, versus the effort you’re already putting forth that doesn’t guarantee a weapon.

Several of the Horde toons posting in here have less than 415 weapons equipped, maybe get off the forums and go do the emissary in Vol’dun.
You can only have the same 415 weapon so many times…
You appear to be using a 420 honorbound warglaive that you got from the first weapons cache emissary this season, despite having done a few mythic+ and completing normal Eternal Palace 3 times on that character.
If only there was other content that gave you access to weapons…

Also we all kind of get a weapon emissary every other week. Take a bonus roll token to the void squid world boss in nazjatar.
I don’t roll on anything in EP and pass on every drop because none of the 415s that drop there would benefit me, and the N runs are mostly for alts. You have a point about the warglaive, although I don’t see how that hurts my argument or helps yours.
I’ve also gotten 3x 415 weapons from the PVP chest, all Choppers. Since you seem to be keeping track of my weapon drops 
I mean…you could try doing non-WQ content for a weapon.
I very much trust that druid with the tin foil hat.

It helps my argument because it shows that having a shot at a weapon from an emissary cache is beneficial even to a character that is raiding, running mythic+, and pvping.
You got a 415 dagger from 7th legion (weapon cache?, PVP?) and a 415 from the world boss in Naz, why are you complaining again?

I just want the gold emissaries.
I’m perfectly fine with the azerite caches, let me slowly add that TR to get my 445. I’m rockin a 440 weapon cus i do more than LFR as my only source of gear.
Might i suggest you try joining a guild that does normal/heroic or some M+ on this character?
