Horde complaint = hotfix ally complaint = suck it

 I love seeing my quotes being spread as knowledge, Finally!

2 massive game changes for the horde.

Two massive changes you say?

AV Premade fix

An Exploit was fixed? Imagine that!

Xrealm

Cross Realm Battlegrounds existed in Vanilla WOW 1.12. Guess what version Classic was built on?

I tend to agree at this point, unfortunately. Crossrealm + rank grind is definitely a bad bad call. It’s also why honor is up to stupid proportions - for both sides.

If we had server specific the threshold would be so much lower. The queues would be longer for some, shorter for others, but in the end you wouldn’t need 1 million honor to get the next rank.

Except that the amount of hnor is irrelevant over all as it’s just a reflection of time played. With or without CRBG’s you are still competing against the guy who plays 20 hours a day.

The root issue is the honor system itself which is cancerous regardless of cross realm.

Half of these were consistency or bugfixes… lol?

Ah that’s a good point. Thank god the gear is bad for shaman.

Only problem with this theory is there wasn’t any. We were winning 70% of our games even with premades.

It has always been Alliance QQ. You know, the reason they released BGs early to begin with?

Sorry Allies, reality is often disappointing.

As simple as it sounds, any teamplay requires two motivated and capable teams to produce a fun and challenging interaction. Blizzard succeeded last week in fixing the downside that was caused by Alliance queuing (and sometimes dropping) en masse. Yesterday’s “hotfix” was unnecessary and hypocritical considering the game itself provides a method to communicate. It’s a cliche, yes, but it takes two to tango, and Blizzard emotionally reacted and probably killed AV and the possibility of fun and challenging PVP games for both factions.

Yeah, we have noticed. Sorry for the alliance on PvP servers… Yall clearly aren’t respected.

But things are fine on PvE, so Im gonna keep on chugging.

While I do appreciate your concern for horde ranking up, I have to note that alliance has been doing for several more weeks than horde has been.

X Realm was used to for ALLIANCE to have reasonable queue times in vanilla 1.12. I think most people forget how lopsided it was 15 years ago.

So it reciprocated to allow for horde in this version of the game .

I’m not a fan of X-realm, I LOVED the rivalries of guild vs guild in vanilla, but this is what we get, if people get triggered from it just stop playing.

The good ole days did have some fun guild vs guild wars. But what really ticks me off is i leave a crap streamer server because of the 12/4 hr que times, to only get 1-2 hr AV times? and to see the degraded AV as it is now, ill never reach the rank others did in such a fast AFK time.

This is the baffling part. The only thing I can imagine is that newer players overwhelmingly chose alliance, and they are stuck in a retail mindset.

You know why Blizzard jumped in and fixed this? It’s not because of horde, it’s because of what the premades were doing to ALLIANCE. They just flushed the queues over and over again leaving a trail of broken half full AV’s behind them.

That fix was FOR the Alliance.

I’m starting to think the willful ignorance of this fact is coming from blizz employees to encourage the forum banter or there’s some serious cognitive dissonance going on around here…

The biggest issue with AV now is the horde start point. Horde have unfair Advantage of starting closer to mid then we do. So horde always able to intercept alliance on our own side before we can even get to balinda. IF blizz fixed the Horde start point to Match Alliance things would be Balanced.

What difference do you think this makes? How is meeting at your defensive position, with your elite mobs helping you, a disadvantage to you? You’re right next to your res position.

This argument has no logical footing. You’re just repeating dumb things you heard other dumb allies say.

You think so do you. I bet if they fixed horde spawn point you would see a big difference in win loss ratio.

They didn’t do the AV fix because Alliance was too organized, they did the AV fix because Alliance premades were breaking the game. Dropping queues over and over until they got enough people in the game together was leaving a trail of broken half populated AV’s behind them. I’m sorry if this doesn’t fit your narrative.
