You are looking at the wrong numbers you should look at the 120 ratio. And even that is calling it a long shot. This just means Alliance is less interested in raiding and pvp.
The real number here we need is the active play time of the Alliance vs Horde to see how much of an imbalance there really is.

Yeah i seriously can’t play PvP because of this crap. it has gotten worse over the years i have played
So “active” is only those criteria to you?
OPTIONAL ELF FACTION
Tyrande decides to break off from the alliance. at the same time, Thalyssra and Lor’themar have a long discussion about Sylvannas’ behavior and decide to leave the horde, forming a new elven faction in a smaller version of suramar, separated into elf districts (each with their own banners, colors and guards, specific to their race).
When thalyssra hears tyrande has left the alliance, she sends an emissary with an olive branch inviting the night elves to form an elven faction in the nightborne city of suramar. The alliance allow alleria to be entrapped into knifu, essentially sacrificing her for the greater good, causing the void elves to abandon the alliance as well. Upon hearing this, the now 3 elven race faction, invites the void elves.
I dont wanna leave Sylvanas but World of Elves, Im ok with this.

Well, that does kind of make sense now. Horde side hard to fellow those youngsters. Some days they make my head hurt. Alliance much easier. It either sex or politics. Easy to follow.
Thank You
to keep it optional the alliance and horde would have to nominate new leaders for the vacated spots. so they would still have the option to continue on with the horde or alliance if they wanted to
Right now is probably a bad time to decide whether or not the servers/alliance are dead. We are a week and half left till season 2 and there is very little reason for people to log on right now. Many are waiting for season 2 to start.

It was like this in Legion too. The game felt REALLY dead for alliance, but when I transferred to horde I was surprised by how active the group finder was.
If it wasn’t for my friends I’d probably be playing Horde as well. It’s a much better experience.
I remember in WoD when horde players were complaining about people switching to alliance for the human racial (which existed for numerous previous expansions), all of a sudden they claimed it was too good. Within months blizzard stated every man was going to be changed.
He is looking at the ratio based on achievements. The game being dead is meaningless for these stats.

Or never play pvp, or as I call it a blister on your tongue. Maybe even that bit of skin on the upper lip that is kind of off and then you rip if off and go ouch for a long time… = pvp.
Funny, I play the game to play the game. I dont raid, I rarely pvp. I build chars and q. That’s how I enjoy it. I’ve got a couple mains with fairly decent gear and a BUNCH of non-120s. All on ally. Just can’t seem to enjoy playing horde, though I’ve maxed a couple out during WoD to make sure I “tried”.
I noticed one of the 1st responses the writer did was to write questions and then answer them. Got training from Zootopia?
What I got from this post… The players with more time and patience on their hands play Horde chars.
Ok.
I would quit the game before I go horde.
My hordr characters are alts only.

Is anyone surprised? We have the best of everything.
Sure, sure Op… cause most active players PvP competitively AND raid on Mythic level, amrite?
How about using complete data to construct your argument and not only biased one on it’s favor?

I’d like to see the numbers after zandalari are released
These numbers ignore players who play on both factions. And most like 50% on Horde are Belfs who are played by both factions.
