Horde already has 70% of the "active" player base

Just dissolve the factions and let people play what they want with who they want.

Yeah the issue is I misread the original ideas here, I thought that OP was talking about people being hemorrhaged in general and using only Horde as an example here. What’s being said is that most major content is being done by Horde–which yeah, is an understandable problem.

I don’t know how they’d fix that either; I mean, in terms of content, people care less about aesthetics, so it’d be more about racial in that sense and what people get in general. Even still, maybe an allied race or more aestetics that would make people turn more toward the Alliance could work, but I’m not sure what they have planned. I think they’ve been unsuccessfully trying to mend the issue, but it hasn’t worked thus far.

Hopefully if they improve the rest of the game or issues people are seeing right now, more will join and the Alliance will grow, but it wouldn’t solve the core of the issue, yeah.

Yeah, see I honestly wish that Horde and Alliance could do content together but I know that won’t happen anytime soon :frowning:

These are not official sources.

that’s because they have done nothing but cheat us this whole xpack. horde got more interesting lore, rewards and races.

Zan troll has a racial to grant like 7 different things and alliance got a knockback…

even if that doesn’t ''make it live" it shows right off the bat how much they care about us as whole.

Because transfering an entire raid roster of roughly 25 people is expensive?

You get to choose ONE of those to be active…

  1. You only get to be pick one of those
  2. You are getting one of the best tank racials in the entire game

Yeah… and it’s still overpowered and they get a full hp res on the side along with it.

my point is not “F you horde” it’s the fact we’ve gotten very little. look at the new humans on the PTR. they don’t even have as many customizable options as zan trolls lol

And, in spite of this, the Alliance manages to equal or exceed the Horde in complaining.

Though, to be fair to the average Alliance player, this is little more than an exercise in picking the numbers that support you and arguing the ones that don’t should be disregarded (Yeah, the number of characters at 120 must not mean something, Alliance players just level twice as many characters as Horde!).

Its using statistics the way a drunk using a lamp post, for support rather than illumination.

Alliance get literally the strongest tanking racial in the game, dark iron dwarves have the strongest PvP racial in the game, we got nightborn who have some of the worst racials in the game…stop complaining.

You must be new if you don’t think they’re going to have customization options. Even current new allied races didn’t have them when they went live…it took a while for them to add more…

then why is the majority of players horde? if those are so amazing why are you not alliance yourself? I see twice as many horde players on my horde toon then my alliance one and they are both on realms with high pop for that faction.

i’m sorry but level through the alliance zones and get our rewards and THEN you can tell me if you honestly think it’s equal

Because Alliance Player are garbage.

I’ll believe that when when you don’t have a toenial on back of your foot.

People have been bickering about racials nonstop, and it has been pointed out that there has probably been a top down effect caused by racials that spurred the migration (Method is the source, and they did admit that the racials in MoP were why they switched to horde, and along with other min maxers more relaxed people probably followed and it snowballed), but that’s all been picked to death. The point is that there’s a gap for group content (this has been cited in numbers as well as anecdotal evidence) and there’s no way players can fix it.

Which is this, exactly? Looks to me that the Zandalari with their 25% per second heal are getting that.

I’m with you Kirela, don’t let them troll you. Grouping for Keystone Mythics is not the same as Mythic raiding.

My alliance heroic raids teams are struggling for pugs let alone ever seeing Mythic level raiding. And I struggle to find keystone groups are finish higher than an 8 in time on Alliance.

To me it sounds like the hardcore and the middle range players have all left the game.

Buff Alliance racials and the players will follow.

The only thing you’re offending is the English language by using the word “active”. Other than that, I really couldn’t care less which faction has the most people running Mythic raids or Rated BG’s.

Eh what they need to do is start letting the faction party up with one another. Overall numbers aren’t looking well for the game.

Me choosing to stay on Alliance rather than switch to Horde is part of the problem?

Sir, I do believe it would be the other way around.

Now, I’m not pretending that everything is fine with the current balance, but outside of racial tweaking and allied races, there really isn’t much Blizz can do to convince players who don’t want to be Alliance to swap to Alliance. Free faction changes? Maybe, but I wouldn’t count on it.
