Hope Tuesdays are not your day off

It has been slightly more frequent literally the last handful of weeks since the prepatch launch, when new systems like Hero Talents and Warbands went live. It’s incredibly predictable that there would be continued fallout from major systems updates.

Before that, it was pretty rare. Once they get the bumps ironed out it will likely go back to being more rare, like it has predictably done with every new content update.

Keep reaching buddy, it’s not racist whatsoever. Your faux outrage is cute, however, entitled people do not need you to save them.

they’re not for 99% of the players who complain about long maintenance; those who complain are those who are basement dwellers who do not work or live on disability from imaginary mental ailments who can’t live without their wow addiction for 1 day

the rest of us have adult things to do when a video game goes down

Like working.

Tuesday is one of the days I always have off. But maintenance doesn’t bother me because as a night-shift person, I just sleep through it anyways.

I am White. I find it extremely offensive. I am personally upset by people using such terms. The term, when not used as someone’s name, is drenched in racist mud and it only serves to sequester and denigrate White people.

I will not be baited into issuing a mirror example to make my point, but I can simply ask, “what if the shoe were on the other foot?”

Make fun of me if you like, that’s fine; please keep the racism and ignorance out of these forums. It’s not socially just for anyone to dogpile anyone else because of skin color or potential stereotypes.

I’ll pass it along to the manager. :+1:

Even if Tuesday is someone’s day off, people need to realize there’s more to life than WoW, also more to life than vidja games.

The underpromise/overdeliver thing would never work. This game isn’t just populated with paying customers, but with feckless addicts. Addicts don’t behave like functional adults.

this extremely insulting to people. Not everyone’s world revolves the same as yours. Tuesday may be a quiet day for them from their normal hectic life or maintenance is their time to play and when it is extended they get none lately when they are used to minimum downtime like server resets only.

if you think a consumer complaining about a product makes them some sort of addict or social inept person - I think you need to do a reassessment on your own life. Sounds like you think little of anyone who isn’t you.

We all have adult things, this isn’t a kid game anymore - it’s the same player base from 10 years ago or more. Some of us are just better at time management or do those other adult things when maintenance isn’t a factor because those are more important. Maybe we knock out our adult stuff by Monday because we don’t need all week to do take care of it.

You sound like a real piece.

On the contrary, everyone’s world revolves exactly the same; relative to themselves.

As a result, no one person can be catered to. So Blizzard tries to harm the fewest number of people.

Thus maintenance happens in the work week, early into many peoples’ work day.

And it’s a logically poor argument as well – not that anyone really seems to care about that. Hasty Generalization and possibly No True Scotsman

I’m blindingly white, it isn’t racist whatsoever. Opinion countered, not a slur and you’re not a victim of racism, no one is oppressing you or any other white people by calling someone “Karen”. Now stop Karening and dry those tears.

Every coin has two sides.

Sometimes if you managed to play early on Tuesday , something maybe benefits you because of unintentional thing/exploit/bug.

Those who work or go to school will miss this opportunity because Blizzard always take IMMEDIATE action on these things.

Tuesdays are why Tuesdays aren’t my day off. I get a choice at work, so my days off are Wednesday Thursday.

Then those people should get over it.

Hate is hate.
