Honor level not matching

I have the 300+ title but STILL am in the low 200s, I put in the effort, gained the honor. what gives?

Bug with the prestige system from Legion or something, maybe.

i have the titles mounts and toys to have the ach for 300, i even have the ach for honor lvl 300, yet i am only honor lvl 206. If i have the proof with the achievments toys, mounts, pennants ectect. why wont they just wave their dev wands and grant me the 300 icon next to my name?
