Was max prestige level in legion and despite primarily playing my main and doing lots of battlegrounds, I have not received a single reward from the honor system all expansion long.

yep its trash, thank your fellow brethren who cried out for account wide honor so the most predictable thing happened
blizzard: so want to play 5 alts? sure, we’ll make the grind 6x as long and arduous instead
People who PVPd on one toon to prestige 25 got set back like 60% of their progress.
People who nuked world quests from their alts order hall got jumped forward.
Lession learned: never push content in case blizzard decides to one day arbitrarily wipe your progress.

It was obvious that after one toon was max prestige, swap to another. Assuming you farmed honor.
It was obvious that max prestige characters would be set back to the equivilent of prestige 12~ with access to the rewards, but having to grind past the levels you already gained in legion before you started getting new ones?
Yes, the process of making things like this account wide should make things harder to obtain.
Except it wasn’t made harder to obtain, they retroactively set people back behind where they already were.
