They were here back in the day in huge numbers, the QoL improvements, raid finder etc drove a lot of them away
I already did these quests before, it was a great nostalgia hit but BM hunter go brrr, I was able to clear through most zones very quickly.

I’ll say it again - WoW will be a disappointing experience for normal MMORPG genre players, if they aren’t a part of a compatible guild community that insulates them from all the negative/toxic behaviors that go on in this game.

Yeah I mean the leveling process for Classic is always incredible, I love going back to the zones and stuff.
I just hit end game and was like god dang, the grind for this gear coupled with how all the information has already been datamined for a decade now has me feeling too overwhelmed.
I primarily PvP too and realized a lot of my biggest pieces will come from raiding and I don’t really have a guild nor do I plan to find one after the other ones I joined just ended with drama and loot council issues.
Just too much work for an MMO.

I fully predict Dragonflight will decimate Wrath’s population by half or more, even if it’s a bad expansion it’ll still be better than Classic lol.
