I’m pretty sure three months isn’t that long ago. And this isn’t really a controversial topic, I don’t think. So I don’t see why it would matter.
yeah those southshore crusaders trying to kill all the forsaken right thats what happened
I mean yeah, screw the Forsaken leadership. It’s always been terrible. That’s always been the case. But you used to actually see civilians in starting zones that you could somewhat sympathize with. Made worse by Sylvanas’s portrayal in book lore. Such as slaughtering forsaken who wanted to return to their human families.
Expecting the undead to abide by the same morality as the living is ridiculous.
Are you… talking about the event that happened in Cataclysm, when I’m clearly criticizing the way the Forsaken were written in Cataclysm???
Fyi, just because you’re doing evil things to evil people, doesnt mean you arent also comitting evil deeds. Morality carte blanches dont exist.
Well i dont. Rarely if ever we see those “normal forsaken” object to all the ridiculous over the top evil the higher up forsaken do, and its not like the forsaken military spares any enemy civilians they find so why should they be extended the same courtesy?
The Forsaken that object are slaughtered, as seen in ‘The Gathering’. Sylvanas had no qualms about killing her own people for the crime of merely considering returning to their families. So it’s kind of unfair to blame civilians for the actions of their government, when their government is willing to kill them for dissent.
No I been talking about classic this whole time
Well as you said yourself in the same post, morality carte blanches don’t exist.
The time when they used the plague on Southshore… was cataclysm.
Well i never said it was going to be a good thing. And im perfectly aware thats also an evil action.
You’ll notice however, that i main Death Knight so all that kind of stuff is right up my alley in terms of my preferred type of content
THey kiddnapped people from southshore to test on when they are making the plague
Then you should be celebrating their cold pragmatism in making sure that a surviving civilian today doesn’t become an enemy combatant tomorrow!
…I feel kinda dirty writing that.
I don’t recall that at all. Where was that?
someone needs to do the forsaken classic quests again, and thats not even talking about how they used a tauren test subject too
The tauren was afflicted with a poison. I do remember that one.
So if someone gets cancer, its ok to test bio weapons on them?
No. I wasn’t saying that at all, lol. That was undoubtedly messed up. I was just saying that I remember what you were talking about. But I think that even was below-board, wasn’t it? I never understood that quest, really, since you can do it as a Tauren.
Nah see here’s the thing. If it was actually pragmatism in the “this entire city must be purged” way then i wouldnt complain so much. Sometimes you gotta make tough calls
The forsaken go straight for vomiting liquid over-the-top-evil on your carpet as their first, second and last option. Then for shiggles they come back to set your carpet on fire, and then raise the remains of the carpet into undeath to presumably (it kinda goes back and forth tbh) be enslaved
So yeah screw these guys
Are you saying you’d rather not have a sentient carpet that would place itself at your feet wherever you walked?
