Wondering what the proc rate on this talent is, played a few bgs to see what it would be like and got 0 procs throughout 4 games. Cast a lot of holy/flash of lights don’t understand the 0 procs.
It’s very low, even though it claims to proc twice per minute. Most builds don’t choose that talent because of the low proc chance. I really hope they change up Holy Paladins next. They have a lot of uninteresting talent choices, and many that are downright useless, such as Power of the Silver Hand.
Compared to the smooth gameplay of the other healers in PvP, they are a little more clunky. Dusk and Dawn for example, works well in PvE, but in PvP it’s too risky. I’m also not sure why they still have so many talents boosting Flash of Light and Holy Light, when the player base likes to focus on WoG and Holy Shock.

I’ve legitimately never seen it proc since it was added and stopped even trying
I’ve read a lot of posts complaining about it not proccing, not sure if blizz maybe typo’ed the proc rate or something
