Put this stuff in the game itself you could have just tied it into the isle expedition tab and had it in permanently. i hate the idea of it being done this way

It cannot work in a tab-targeting game with 24/7 nameplates.
Battle royales require reticle skill, positioning, and stealth. The foundation for BR is not in wow.

So Blizzard gave us Warcraft® Rumble™, and now this 60 vs 60 battle royale. What do you think it will be called when it released for mobile devices, and maybe pc?

i don’t really get it this event, don`t find a reason for why so many comments, the only thing i personally expect it was similar to Lucid Nightmare mount use your brain and socialize community, not this !!! like or not stop the comments, thanks!
I still would not play it.
I have been playing video games for the better part of 32 years now, I know what i like, and I know what I don’t like. I don’t like FFA and Battle royales, I don’t need to try a new one to know that.

To be fair, we didn’t even know it was an option so of course no one did. However, I did ask for something like this in Shadow Lands with Thorghast powers…and people did ask for a vampire survivors type game so outside gaming genres were requested.
Overall, this is a silly argument.

It is kinda odd that this is billed as a patch since it doesn’t actually add anything to the existing game. They probably did that to drum up interest, but it’s a bit disappointing that the main game is not getting anything other than some class tweaks and bug fixes. I’m guessing S4 will be out shortly after it so they didn’t feel the need to add actual content to the game.

I’ll be honest. I stopped playing wow back in 2011 because I was on a PvP server. Every day was a chore to do things because I constantly had to be worried about being killed by the other faction while doing PvE content.
I didn’t want to choose this type of server, but a co-worker talked me into playing the game (was playing Ever Quest & Ever Quest 2 at the time). I told them what to expect if we went to this type of game play mode and after a month, they quit the game, and I stayed having a miserable time.
If I wanted to play this type of game, I would go to a real game that does PvP content right or at least better. If I have to log into this extension of wow separately then you can expect me not to try it period. I tried your hearthstone because of your anniversary and nearly broke my game monitor of the frustration of always losing while doing the training wheels campaign.
Now some will love this extension, some will try it and only do it for the cosmetics they can get in the main game. I would suppose or maybe expect regardless, resources could have been applied better to other things. I don’t know what would improve the game anymore, but too much wasted resources every year on systems that get scrapped every expansion to the next.

Coincidentally, the selfie-camera patch from WoD added more in-game content than this.

I agree 100% but I am trying to outline why BR just cannot work in wow unless you completely overhaul it. It would require reticle use like Skyrim, hidden nameplates, and sound mechanics based on fast/slow movement. And so every time I see people trying to frankenstein BR with wow, they have to be reminded why it cannot work.

On behalf of the WoW community i want to appologize for the negativity and borderline verbal abuse that the creators are subjected to in these forums. You work hard to give us new things. You are appriciated.
Just remember these kids are raised in a world today without social construct and dont know how to treat people. The only human interaction most know is a virtual one.

The roadmap that they published months ago tells you were the troll heritage armor set is.
